What are weekly reports?

Weekly reports are a short glimpse of your chatbot’s performance to your business. It is sent to all Admin users of the account every Wednesday of the week at 12:00 AM UTC.


The users will receive the report from ‘hello@i-genie.co.uk’ email address in their inbox


The reports WILL NOT be sent on Wednesday’s if there has been no conversation recorded during the week



How can I subscribe to weekly reports? 


By default, all the users with the admin access to the account will be receiving the report however if any stakeholder needs to have the access to the report, the user / admin can add them to the account & they will start receiving the report from the following week.

What KPIs are covered in the report? 


Below are the following KPIs that are covered in the report; 


Conversations Handled: 


This KPI provides the insight about the total number of conversations recorded for the account during a particular week 


CSAT Rating: 


This KPI provides the insight about the average conversation ratings for the account level conversations during a particular week




Contacts generated: 


This KPI provides the insight on total generated contacts count for the account level conversations during a particular week. In other terms how many leads are generated for your account. 

We say a contact has been generated if the visitor has provided their phone number/email address.



Business value generated: 


This KPI provides the insight on tentative business value generated for the account level conversations during a particular week. We consider the value of every contact as USD 50 and multiply it with the total contacts generated during this timeframe to come to this number.



Hours saved: 


This KPI provides insight about the tentative human hours saved by the bot by interacting with the visitors.



Cost saved: 


This KPI provides insight about the tentative cost that the account has saved which they could have incurred on recruiting manpower to interact with the visitors. We consider the cost of every hour saved at USD 25, and, multiply it with the total number of hours saved to reach at this number.



Top countries: 


This KPI provides insight about the top 5 countries from which contacts have been generated.



Top pages: 


This KPI provides insight about the top 5 pages from which contacts have been generated.



Top referrers: 


This KPI provides insight about the top 5 referring page/domain from which contacts have been generated.
