Tracking link clicks on chatbot messages

It is important for the users to get insights about the engagement whenever they are running campaigns or navigating the visitors to different URL

With i-genie , users now will be able to use the functionality to track URLs for the campaigns and ads shared across via bot. With this functionality, the user can replace the standard URLs with short URLs & can easily track them through the data captured in report

How to enable link tracking? 

In-order to enable link tracking, the user will need to follow the following steps

Step 1: Go to ‘Settings > Link Tracking (Sub option under Accounts)’ 

Step 2: Choose i-genie.link

i-genie currently supports i-genie.co.uk only

Step 3: Choose the sub domain

This selected sub domain will be used for your account

Changing the subdomain will erase the data associated with your past or ongoing campaigns

Step 4: Click on ‘Save’ to save the settings

Step 5: Go to ‘Bot Builder’ and select the bot for which the links needs to be tracked

Step 6: Enable the ‘Check Box’ on the action block to start tracking links

How to check the reports? 

In-order to view the report for number of clicks on URLs, the user can follow the following steps 

Step 1: Go to ‘Bot Builder’ 

Step 2: Click on ‘Menu Gear’ agains the bot you want to view report for

Step 3: Click on ‘View Clicks’ to view the report
