Testing a chatbot

i-genie provides you the ability to test the bot before it is deployed on the production environment

In-order to test the bot, you can follow the following steps;

Step 1: Access ‘Bot Builder’

Step 2: Open the bot you want to test

Step 3: Click on ‘Test this Bot’ at the top right corner

Once you click on ‘Test this Bot’, different window will open up allowing you to test the flow of the bot that you have built

You will need to allow the pop ups on your browser in case you do not see the window opening up. The other way to get the test link by going into Bot Management
