Manage team in i-genie
Teams with i-genie allows the users to group users as per their departments in-order to meet the primary objective.
For instance, the user can group or create the team of users in i-genie whose primary focus is to provide after sales support or provide insights about the product and services that would help the visitors in taking decision related to purchases
Why is it important to have a team?
The benefits of having different teams is that it helps users with Human Handover by automatically assigning conversation to the right team member from the right team in-order to address the problem visitor / customer is facing.
How do I create a team?
You can follow the following steps in-order to create team in i-genie;
1 – Go to ‘Settings > Account > Teams’ to access the teams screen
2 – Click on ‘Create Team’ on the top right corner to create a team
3 – Add / Upload image by clicking on ‘Upload Image’ as per the user preference.This is optional. The user can avoid uploading the image if they wish to
4 – Give name to the team by specifying it in the space provided under ‘Team Name’
5 – Add teammates from the available options in the space provided under ‘Teammates’ List of teammates will only be displayed if they are added under Teammates
6 – Click on ‘Create’ to create the team
How do I manage a team?
You have the ability to manage the existing teams i.e you can either add or remove the members from the team or delete the team as per their preference.
How do I edit the existing team?
In-order to edit the existing team i.e to add or remove the members from the team, the user can follow the following steps;
1 – Go to ‘Settings > Account > Teams’ to access the teams screen
2 – Click on ‘Edit’ options agains the team that you would like to edit
3 – Make required changesYou can make following changes in the team
4 – Click on ‘Save’ to save the changes
How to delete a team?
Deleting a team with i-genie is pretty simple, the user can follow the following steps to delete the same;
1 – Go to ‘Settings > Accounts > Teams’ to access the teams screen
2 – Click on ‘Remove’ option against the team you would like to delete
3 – Click on ‘Remove’ again to delete the teamIf clicked again, the team will be deleted permanently and the user will have to create a new team if required
