Kind of conversation status

This is the menu under the live chat screen that displays the categories in which the conversation is currently in. A conversation in i-genie is categorised in following status’:

  1. 1. Open – A conversation which is currently active  and ongoing
  2. 2. Closed – A conversation which has already been complete in the past

States in which the conversation can be open

Open conversations can be in any of the following states.

  1. 1. You – Conversations where the visitor is speaking with the agent, who is logged in
  2. 2. Assigned – Conversations that are currently undertaken by either the bot / agent / team within that account
  3. 3. Unassigned – Displays all those conversations which do not have an owner associated to it
