Just as staggering these numbers are, we wanted to help make it easier for you to add i-genie on your WordPress site. Below are the detailed steps to install i-genie on your website.

How do I set it up? 

Step 1: Open your WordPress account and go-to Plugins and click ‘Add New’

Step 2: Search for i-genie in the search bar and click ‘Install’

Step 3: Click ‘Activate’ from the same screen or navigate to your Installed plugins and click ‘Activate’

Once activated, you will find i-genie on the menu bar

Step 4: Navigate to the Channel Configuration page > Web > Configuration and copy the code snippet. Make sure that you have added the same website domain address as your WordPress websites to the input box

If there is no domain or a different domain added, then the chat widget will not appear on your website even though you have added the code snippet. 
 

Step 5: Paste the code snippet on the WordPress plugin and click ‘Save’

Step 6: Make sure your bot status is turned on

Once turned on, you will see the chat widget appear on your WordPress website
