Installing on mobile app

Some businesses have their customer base using their mobile app on a daily basis and require the bot to be available within their mobile app.


As an example, most of us purchase items from Amazon via its mobile app rather than its website.


i-genie currently does not provide native SDKs to support this integration but as a turnaround, you can load the chatbot in the web view on your mobile app.


Go to ‘Channel Configuration’ > Web > Configuration and copy the code snippet. Use this code snippet within your mobile app so that the chat widget can be rendered in a mobile view format.
