Installing on Google Tag Manager

In-order to add the chatbot on your website using Google Tag Manager, the users can follow the following steps; 

Step 1: Go to ‘Channel Configuration > Web > Configuration’ 

Step 2: Enter the website URL

Step 3: Copy the code snippet 

Step 4: Go to ‘Tag Manager > Workspace > Tags’ 

Step 5: Create ‘New custom HTML tag’ by clicking on ‘New’ 

Step 6: Paste the code snippet under ‘Custom HTML’ tag & set the trigger conditions to ‘All Page’ 

As per the preference, you can also set the trigger for only the pages that you want to show the bot on

Step 7: Give appropriate name and save the Tag

Step 8: Preview the ‘Tag’ through ‘Debug’ and hit ‘Publish’ once ready

Now when the website loads, the chatbot will start showing up on the pages defined in the trigger
