Elements on conversation card


This is one of the features of the live chat screen that displays the list of conversations in a given conversation status. Multiple conversations make up the list.


Elements in conversation:


There are several elements that make up the conversation list, they are:


Unique visitor ID: 


A unique number assigned to a visitor by the system. If the same visitor returns again, WotNot will display the same unique visitor ID


If the name is captured by the bot, the number associated with the visitor ID will be replaced by their actual name


Last Message:


Displays the details of the last message in the conversation between bot and the visitor


Conversation start time:


Provides insights on when did the conversation with the visitor start



Conversation owner: 

The owner of the conversation can either be bot or agent



Online status: 

Indicates whether the visitor is online or offline




if the ‘dot’ is Green, it means that the visitor is still on the website and have bot open on their browser, if the ‘dot’ is Grey; it means that the visitor is offline (as shown in above screenshot)


Channel information:


It provides insight about the visitor interacting with the bot from which channel i.e Web, WhatsApp or Facebook.



SLA Timer: 


Displays the time since the visitor initiated the conversation with the bot
