Deploying a chatbot

In-order to deploy the bot on production, the users will need to follow the following steps;

Step 1: Configure it with respective channel

First and foremost the users will need to configure the channel for which the bot is build. In-order to configure the channel, the user can go to ‘Channel Configuration’ on the left menu panel and select the channel

Step 2: Go to the ‘Bot builder’

Step 3: Open the bot you want to deploy

Step 4: Click on ‘Deploy’ on the top right corner

If the channel is not configured, deploying the bot will fetch error

i-genie recommends to ‘Deploy’ the bot every time the changes are made in the bot flow
