Copy chat transcript of a conversation

Users have the ability to copy the entire transcript of a conversation from the live chat screen to either save the conversation or publish it on their CRM for logging the details of that chat.

How do I copy chat transcript of conversation? 

1 – Access the ‘Live Chat’ screen

2 – Select the conversation for which the transcript needs to be copied or downloaded

3 – Click on the ‘Page’ icon at the top to copy the chat transcript

4 – Paste the transcript directly in the email body or word document as per the user preference.

The chat transcript will consist of time of the chat along with the message exchanged between the bot and the visitor
