Connect two action blocks

Conversation that the bot will be having with the visitors is built via action blocks in i-genie. These action blocks will help the user to define the flow of conversation & navigate bot based on visitor response received.

How do I connect these action blocks? 

These action blocks needs to be connected with each other in-order to ensure that the bot is having flawless conversation with the visitors

The user can connect multiple action blocks to a single action bloc

There are three ways to connect these action blocks

Step 1: Click on ‘+’ sign

User can simply click on “+” sign and select the action block that they would like to add

Step 2: Manually drag and connect

If the connection node between the two blocks is missing, the user can simply connect by holding “+” sign and dragging it to connect with the required block

In-order to connect multiple blocks with one block, the user can simply hold “+” sign and connect with the top node of the block that they would like to connect it to

Step 3: Jump the conversation

The user wishes to create jump in the conversation, they can simply do so by connecting the two action blocks together i.e connecting action block from where the conversation needs to be jumped from with action block where the conversation needs to be jumped to.

In-order to do so, the user needs to click on the “+” sign on the action block and connect with the top node of the action block where the conversation needs to be skipped to.
